Private Events
Faire La Fête coordinators offer 20+ years’ experience in private event coordinating. We offer a variety of services for birthday parties, family gatherings, engagements, showers, and reunions. Services range from day of management to full planning and coordination and can be suited to your event needs.
Business Events
Faire La Fête offers 20+ years of experience in planning and managing of public events, specialized networking events, workshops, and speaker presentations. Services available include event booking, vendor coordination, ticketing, bar services, event traffic planning, promotional items and more. Services can be tailored to your event needs.

Day of Services

Event Management
This can include vendor, caterer, rentals, staff, and/or timeline management. It can also include AV management and hybrid event management.
We have a data base of staff trained for a variety of event aspects including registration, AV and hybrid event monitoring, beverage service, and meal service.
Set-up services range from, tables, chairs and linens to ticketing, floorplan execution and onsite delivery managment.
Coordination Services
Invitations, registrations, locations, rentals, party favors? We can help.
Public events and some fundraising events require ticketing, we can assist with that and registration too.
